Fantastic Experience!

helpful staff thoughtful touch lost baggage

I found the staff helpful . Nadia at the front desk was very kind when my baggage was lost. She kept me informed. The surprise bottle of prosecco in my room for my birthday was a thoughtful touch!!!

The room had minimal amenities. There was only one bedside table, and some outlets did not work. I expected more from a four-star hotel.

Breakfast included many choices, a great value. If you do not want the breakfast buffet, there is a bar where you can enjoy breakfast. It was a very good option, and the food was AMAZING!!!

the gym had a lot of equipment it was larger than average for hotels

the room configuration was odd access to the bathroom and sink was open to the corridor there was a glass wall giving access to the toilet this setup lacked privacy and was not ideal when sharing the room with a colleague

orange juice helpful staff sun absorption chair absence

The breakfast had such a good choice and fresh orange juice, a true indulgence. The reception staff were mostly polite and helpful. i felt cared for in those moments.

The bedroom felt a bit like a hostel. There was no kettle or chair making it less inviting outside of the bed itself. the air conditioning wasn't great and the room seemed to absorb the sun, turning it into a furnace. it's a shame such things could overshadow the rest.
